Hey, I admit that PSU was the better team. It's hard to see (but I was at the game). Watch at the 27 yard line...you see an ND guy flying. If your helmet isn't in front of the shoulder pad it's an illegal block! Obviously you have to rewind it a few times and keep watching...clear as day. I was at the Notre Dame game and the OSU game and when Tamba sacked Smith it was louder then Notre Dame. But that's not the loudest I've ever heard it. Against Nebraska in 02(Largest crowd in Beaver Stadium history), Richard Garner intercepted the ball and took it back for a touchdown, that was by far the loudest.
