keep on keepin' on! and thanks for your other video about encouraging exercise...something i'm having a struggle with right now...but when others are just open and honest about it (ie. you just HAVE TO DO IT...5 or 6 days a week if you want results)! :) you're a great example for a NEW healthy life! :)
