There is NO WAY, a person can get the proper context of the scripture based on anah n taphas.

@DrIzZeY1 situation from Deut.22:21-28 was done in SECRET. Each situation involves the situation being REVEALED, that which was done in secret. Dt.22:21-24 is adultery being commited, and found out. Verses 25-27 tell u there was NONE 2 save her, (secretly)again.Verses 28-29, and THEY BE FOUND(caught) meaning its consensual, the man must pay the father now b/c he was banging the daughter (SECRETLY) just like ALL the other situations leading up 2 verses 28-29. But in this case, the man never got permission from the father to take his daughter till they were found. If a woman was a virgin and she was outside of her fathers bounds she was liable to be snatched and taken for a wife. Whether she consented or not a man was liable to take her.
