The Kelo vs. New London decision by the Supreme Court was a national disgrace: eminent domain abuse was so self-evident in that case I cannot see how the court could find for the city. I would say that the low lease rate in the New London building was a bit of just desserts, except that the bureacrats who stole those people's homes won't suffer, the citizens will.

@SunTzuLao Very true but we need to appeal to the left as much as possible on this issue. The right already hates eminent domain. If we get a left-right coalition on the issue it will be easier to shut it down regardless of what party is doing it and where it's being done.
