The whole concept of casual friday is disgusting. It's one thing if you're wearing nice, official clothes as to look dignified for the position you hold. But here it is manifested as a form of control where for being nice and obedient YOU get to choose what clothes to put on on FRIDAY...
@UberVersatile I once went on an interview and after asking all the "important" stuff, I threw in a question about whether or not the office policy allowed casual Fridays and jeans. My answer was, "if you work hard enough, I'll think about it." Later, I found out that they wear jeans every Friday including the guy who interviewed me. I was disgusted by that power play.
