I love this week's challenge. It's been so great, watching people share this experience with their loved one. Not only because of how you continue to inspire, but also because it's really nice to see how you relate to one another. Might want to consider some pepper... Spray, in case you are confronted with an aggressive dog. Several years ago, the missus was bitten by a loose dalmatian while we were out for a walk, and it not only put her off of dogs, it also pretty much put the kibosh on our walking. Better to teach a dog a painful lesson than to be bitten and possibly psychologically scarred.
Might add some wrist and ankle weights for those runs, too. It adds to the calories burned, and enhances endurance. =^[.]^=
