  • same old technology ....... u dont have technology to play games french cunt ass donkey retarted dick face with fake hair

  • wii loooove liPPaaarrrrrde!!!! hhhhh french accent

  • yes laught at windows 7 but well we can game, read exe, make c++ program's....

  • LOL i thought the video was dubbed

  • At 3:26 he expirenced A virus ha motherfuker So you can take virusis after all :P

  • I don't care if you loved leopard..

I Loved my Windows 7 PC

  • Apple, really, you complain about Windows at a conference, when i went to a Windows conference, there was none of this complaining, no wonder why macs are behind, all 45% of what they do is complain about their rivalry, no wonder why Windows is ahead!

  • MAC OS is for the simple man. Windows 7 is for the computer geeks who know what they're looking at. Windows FTW!

  • @ZerkosXD I would rather be a geek than a retard, Windows FTW!!!

  • @TheFR3SHINATOR Exactly my point.

  • @ZerkosXD Thanks :)

  • he has to stop saying leopard..

  • complex things are hard for stupid people

  • If you want Lion you need Snow Leopard. If you have Leopard then chances are your HDD isn't the biggest. Snow Leopard frees up 6GB. You can buy Snow Leopard for the same price as the new Lion download which is very reasonably priced.

  • so i herd bussnesses are not buying windows vista....well they sure as hell are buying windows 7 over mac...wanna know why...cause its "too complex"

  • vista was a gift to mac. but things have changed in 7. it is completely rebuilt, not a service pack or whatever fanboys may say. and why is the registry or disk defrag bad? at least you have the possibility to configure those things in windows lol.... not intended to be a hater comment

  • 2:06 you mean the same leopard with cosmetic changes.

  • Why the fuck, are you wastin your time making bad videos about Mac is "so good"

    Get a fucking life.

  • In all fairness, he's right about things like the registry and disk frag.

  • did he mean the hard disk is suddebly getting 6GB bigger or did he mean that the complete OS installation is 6GB smaler than before oO

  • ok so you can get more experienced with computers or you can pay an extra 500-700 euro?

  • @BRYANFROST he is telling the truth. Go to the channel LockerGnome, he is a huge computer "geek" and has told die-hard users that Windows 7 is just a service pack for windows Vista, which is true. It's a patch for vista, not exactly a new OS

  • windows 7 is just another version of vista!? now i know this guys a bullshit liar. i've used both vista and 7 and while i agree that vista was a piece of shit, i haven't had any of those silly ass problems with 7. 7 is fast and super responsive

  • FIRST

  • registry, disk defragmenter. User dont have to know about that???

    such an unbearable laughable lines

  • Leeepod!

  • snow leopard is just another version of leopard.Hmm.....

  • omg a snow leopard! that name sounds so cooler than windows7. macs company trying to make mac sound cool. macs say thwy are cooler? u know what els is cool gaming. the gaming industy is bigger than anything in the world and mac cant play games. not looking so cool now huh mac?

  • The crowd are a bunch of Apple fanboys who were brainwashed by Jobs to laugh at this clown talking.

  • he says Leopard funny

  • well mac is no good for gaming

  • @damienp1988 lol on all the new macs you can use windows...that's the beauty of macs

  • @cocolulugyaru you can use mac on windows too buddy

  • @alexnzxVersion2 ya if u kinda ''hack ur PC''

  • @cocolulugyaru i know, i agree its not very convenient at all, just saying, i too think a mac is miles better than a pc

  • @ayan2403 no actually it doesnt LOL

  • @ 1:11 really i'm pretty sure that with osx you have to repair disk permission, and for windows you have to defragment

  • @ayan2403 Snow leopard doesn't have disk defragmentation

  • @pp2devane does it automatically

  • if you try mac you will never back to windows ERRORS!!

  • @msh147 Really now, then why is it that when I used one, Safari crashed about 2 times a day? And Finder, crashed when trying to copy and paste some files.

  • @eleal1893 that never happen to me.. do you have an original copy ?

  • @msh147 It should be original, it is on my school's macs, that we use for graphic designing. I mean those computers aren't bad, but they are given too much credit and are too overpriced IMO.

  • no dlls and registry on mac now im not gonna consider buying it

this video makes it clear that mac is for retarded people

  • @TonyVictor96 the only retarded here is you :)

  • Comment removed

  • @screcrow2010 Apple's had it since 1981. Windows doesn't have this feature which makes selecting text better.

  • @screcrow2010 appearently you dont know how to listen. if you cant listen then the information you think you have is wrong. and if your misinforming people with your wrong information, it can make other people wrong too. please stop corrupting the world with your stupidity. or at least learn to troll. dumbfuck

  • Look at this iSheep bleating to Steve the Shepherd. Tell me why Windows has 88% of the market share while Mac OS has about 17%. While OSX is a good operating system, Windows is nothing worse. It really depends on what the end user wants. The registry and dlls are an integral part of the operating system, they're just more visible than Mac OS. Disk defragging is something that should be done to any computer, whether PC or Mac.

  • Comment removed

  • Well we know hes smart because to him a slider is VERY hard.

  • Fuck Mac

  • Sometimes (Like stated in various ways in other comments), it's not even the programming that matters, it's the "ease of use" and the looks of the interface.Sometimes people are willing to pay more for something easy to use and also looks good (Depending upon preference). They do it with clothes, food and other products, why not computers, too?

  • @Man93Pool He HAS to know what he's talking about, did you hear that accent?!

  • "the next big cat"

  • This guy is a total Apple retard ! windows uses dll / registry files as they help in running windows , it hav nothing to do wid technology.

Windows vista failed as it was unstable.

windows is used over 80% every where so viruses are created for it so if a virus program starts atuomatically UAC helps there .

and if u ever want to play some nice games, windows does it all..

  • This guy is lil arrogant. Windows 7 is better than Snow Leopard.

  • @Tauxalot hahaha donde viste eso? en un video mac vs pc?,

  • windows 7 is the only GOOD OPERATING SYSTERM!!!

  • HE IS A DICK HE CANT EVEN TALK PROBABLY!!!!!!!

  • macfags lol

  • are you kiding me? this guy is an actor he doesn't know a shit he's say'n...

  • 599 usd is all that this guy is saying =/

  • snow leperwd

  • just don' t kill each other that way we will get better stuff

  • Oh now I know

Apple wants people to be mindless beings

  • @SuperKurt11 no it just tries to remove extra headaches!!

  • @ghafie2000

yeah sure you cant even properly hack a mac

  • that guy fucking hates windows

  • OMG at the thick accent. Is it german or french?

  • One of the biggest reason people lose out financially is they stick with what they know, despite much better options being available.

  • when are they gonna get to sabertooth? That should be the last Mac OS in terms of big cats :))

  • @WandererOfWorlds90 I don't think so. Lion is meant to be the king of the jungle… get it? Mac OS 11 may be next. People don't always go to .9 before they move on to the next version.

  • 1: "We think about prices relatively and businesses know this. That's why recommended retail prices are set high, then discounted. Some expensive options on restaurant menus are there only to make the regular meals look reasonable in comparison.

The relativity trap is also called the anchoring effect. One price acts like an anchor on our thinking. It's easy to fall for, but also easy to surmount by making comparisons they don't want you to make (read more about the relativity trap)."

  • over zhe yearze hehe germans sound so funny

  • Somehow, Apple managed to SELL a SERVICE PACK-ish software...

  • @nicknet18 "Service Pack-ish"? are you serious? Cocoa Finder (many improvements) Brand new Automator Improved Stacks More crash-resistant Safari Exchange built-in QuickTime X (which I'd gladly pay $29 alone for) File compression tech allows for 6GB extra space. I could store several movies in that space. Improved Quick Look, play movies in their icons Faster to install Faster to boot up and shutdown Quicker Time Machine backups
  • @Nutz320 QuickTime X UI, derived from Zune/WMP

File compression, has been there since Windows XP. Check it out, find it in the Properties window of the drive you are interested in.

Some improvements in the UI and features is what we call a "service pack" to an OS.

  • @Nutz320 For the rest of the features, you'll find equivalent or higher services on PC

Oh, and the resolution has nothing to do with the software, it's the harware.

VAIO's got HD front camera, with Exmor R. Beat that!

  • @nicknet18 "Oh, and the resolution has nothing to do with the software, it's the harware."

If you're talking about the iChat thing I said, I know it's the hardware, but iChat now supports HD. Exmor R. is cool, but it's probably not that much improved. I went on Sony's website and the "See it in action video" used a simulated image for the conventional sensor. It probably has little effect. And Exmor R. is not even half the story. Apple's camera is probably better in other specs, we don't know.

  • @Nutz320 -cough- Sorry, do you think that Apple's camera is still better than Sony's Exmor R?? Even when you don't know HOW????!?!?!??!!!! OMG!! -apple fan boy, detected! I'm outta here-

Exmor was in itself a revolution in CMOS technologyy used in cameras, and Exmor R is even better. Try exploring Xperia arc's features.

Kind advice: Next time you appreciate a gadget, look at the specs than how flashy it is.

PS: Try Windows 7 Phone, too.

  • @nicknet18 "Sorry, do you think that Apple's camera is still better than Sony's Exmor R?? Even when you don't know HOW?" "Exmor R. is not even half the story"

"Exmor was in itself a revolution in CMOS technologyy used in cameras" "simulated image for the conventional sensor. It probably has little effect." When they use a simulated image, I know they are exaggerating.

  • @Nutz320 Watch the video "Exmor R for mobile" by sonyericsson, (not a simulation) And many HD videos shoot with Exmor R on Youtube. WP7 has many useful applications, developers won't take time to roll out new ones for it as they are using the cloud.

I'm not a fanboy, I've been arguing with valid reasons.

I case you wanna know, it's you who is defending Apple for reasons YOU DON'T KNOW!

What happened to your theory, "knock before you talk?"

  • @nicknet18 ""Next time you appreciate a gadget, look at the specs than how flashy it is." I used to, then I realised the" I used to, then I realised the enjoyability, the productivity boost, the longer life, etc. are all more important. Specs are just INDICATORS as to these things, but the thing is, they're not that accurate. E.g. you would think having a bigger L1 cache is good, but it makes it slower to finish accessing all of it, before moving to the next cache.

  • @nicknet18 "Try Windows 7 Phone, too." From what I've seen, Windows Phone 7 isn't that bad. Way better than Android at least. Shame it doesn't have all the apps that the iPhone has. You PC fanboys go on and on about how many apps Windows has. Mac has a respectable amount. Now iPhone has the lion's share in mobile and you still buy Android? Wow. Android is not like it has at least a big library, most of its apps, you have to check whether they work on your phone, tablet, etc. Headaches.

  • @Nutz320 no if you download an app int he market it will work...very few cases have i ever seen an app not working because you have a different phone. if you discount wall paper and fart apps, the number of apps is the same. the ones 95% of people use are universal apps

  • @steven4570 Not just that it doesn't work. Sometimes, it will not display right, there may be features missing, it will go slow. And this is not only a headache for you, but mainly the developer has tried to fix the biggest inconsistencies. Of course, they could easily have missed something. This is why they'd prefer to develop for the iPhone.

"fart apps" Apple wisely put a stop to that. No more fart apps allowed, and I haven't seen one in ages. Maybe they've been removed.

  • @Nutz320 Did... Did you just say that iPhone 4 is better than ANDROID?! What?

  • @theif519 Are… Are you implying that Android is better than iPhone 4?! What?

  • @Nutz320 Yes, i'm also implying android is better...

  • @XeadXhot OK, then whatever. You keep on using that. I strongly believe that you are using the wrong phone, but it's not my life you are ruining, so whatever. I was talking to theif519.

  • @Nutz320 some people shouldnt buy an android phone...however if you want the control, customization as well as many other things android is the way to go

  • @steven4570 Or you can jailbreak the iPhone. I think there are a few reasons to go with Android, e.g. if you are invested in the Google ecosystem, although that's brilliant on iDevices too. Also, there may be some apps which aren't on iPhone. I actually spent ages looking for an iPhone app that lets me look at the Runescape Grand Exchange prices on the go, but I only found one… and it was an Android app. I never did find an iPhone one or even another Android one. Maybe a JB app… *sigh*

  • @steven4570 When I didn't have my MacBook Pro, I actually jailbroke my iPhone and it acted as my computer. I did everything on it. I still synced as a backup, but everything else was done on the iPhone.

  • @Nutz320 Android can do that without jailbreaks ..

  • @thecolspot What did I say iPhone can do? Nothing! But even if Android can do that without JB, I just prefer the iPhone's layout and way of doing things. Though, I have to admit, Android's notification system kicks iPhone's notification system. Hopefully, they'll update it in WWDC.

  • @Nutz320 I agree about iphone's layout but it gets borring to me after using a week. Same icons and everything same .. This is the advantage in Android tht u can customize it .

  • @thecolspot If you could customise your phone, without consequence, I'm sure Apple would allow it. But cusomisation only results in short-term happiness. And then when you're bored enough to think it can't get worse, the malware strikes. The iPhone gives lasting entertainment, like really addicting games, and provides a smooth experience. BTW, you can customise icons and everything by jailbreaking.

  • @Nutz320 Also, BTW, you can't use the argument that jailbreaking = slower updates, because Android has been shown to be a really bad offender when it comes to updates. Loads of Android phones still use the original OS they shipped with and carriers control your 'open' platform. It's like some guy leaving his doors open so his friends can drop by whenever, but guess who else can drop by? Literally anyone. Because Apple controls the iPhone, it provides a brilliant experience for the consumer.

  • @steven4570 Android is wayyyyy better than crap iphone ... The guy above said windows uses same old technology.. his iphone uses same old technology. new iphone cums wid only a front cam n multitasking which i had been doing since 2005 wid Nokia N70.

  • @nicknet18 Of course, the only thing I've seen from Windows Phone 7 is in Diggnation. A small preview when Alex showed it to Kevin. But it seems to be an alright phone.

  • @nicknet18

Not just faster, but more reliable install.

"For example, Snow Leopard checks your applications to make sure they’re compatible and sets aside any programs known to be incompatible. In case a power outage interrupts your installation, it can start again without losing any data."

  • @nicknet18

Not just faster, but more reliable install.

"For example, Snow Leopard checks your applications to make sure they’re compatible and sets aside any programs known to be incompatible. In case a power outage interrupts your installation, it can start again without losing any data."

  • @nicknet18

Better iChat, with 4 times resolution and:

"It includes technology to address many common router incompatibilities that can interfere with connections. And if iChat can’t make a direct connection, it will use the AIM relay server to create a successful chat session."

  • @nicknet18 "Automatic time

    zone setup.

If you’re traveling around the world, the last thing you want to worry about is whether your computer is set to the correct time zone. Snow Leopard takes care of that for you. Using the Core Location technology, it locates known Wi-Fi hotspots to set the time zone automatically, so you’ll always know the right time no matter where you are."

  • @nicknet18 Improved Services menu

    "Automatic updates for printer drivers.

Snow Leopard makes sure you always have the most up-to-date driver so you can get the most from your printer. When you plug in a printer, Mac OS X can download the latest driver available over the Internet. And it periodically checks to make sure it has the latest driver. If not, it downloads the newest version through Software Update. Easy."

  • @nicknet18 "

    Easy PDF text selection.

Here’s an enhancement that exemplifies the pursuit of perfection. When using a PDF viewer such as Preview, have you ever tried to copy text from a PDF document that has more than one column? It’s almost impossible. Instead of selecting only the text you want, your cursor selects all the text across the page, so you end up with a mix of words from every column.

  • @nicknet18

Mac OS X Snow Leopard applies sophisticated artificial intelligence algorithms to fix the problem. It analyzes the layout of each page in the PDF to identify columns of text. So when you use the cursor to select text, you get only the words you want. That’s a real time-saver."

  • @nicknet18 "More reliable disk eject.

Snow Leopard improves the reliability of ejecting discs and external drives. Sometimes when an application or process is using the files on a drive, Mac OS X prevents you from ejecting it, but you don’t always know why. In Snow Leopard, you’ll get fewer of those errors and when you do get them, you’ll see exactly which application is using the drive, so you can quit it and eject the drive properly."

  • @nicknet18

"The Bonjour technology in every Mac makes file and media sharing virtually effortless. Now Bonjour in Snow Leopard makes sharing more energy efficient. If you have a computer in your home or office that shares files — like media files for your Apple TV — you have to lea

  • @nicknet18 ve the computer on all the time, which isn’t very energy efficient. With Snow Leopard and a compatible AirPort Extreme or Time Capsule base station, however, your computer can go to sleep yet continue to share its files with other computers and devices, waking when you need it and sleeping when you don’t."

  • @nicknet18 And then there's a link which says, "See even more refinements for Snow Leopard"

The list was too long, I couldn't copy it all for you, so here's the link and you can check if the improvements were "Service Pack-ish": apple[.]com[/]macosx[/]refinements[/]enhancements-refinements[.]html

  • Mac's are making PC look like nothing! Most of the people have PC's Macs are good for the other things but the PC is only better at gaming but buy a Xbox360 or a PS3 for gaming

  • YES ACCENT

  • @NadineEllie They are laughing, because they understand the flaws with these methodologies. They ARE developers, after all.

  • SUCK MY BALLS WITH THIS VID MAC'S SUCK AND SO DOES SAFARI GOOGLE CHROME IS THE BEST BROWSER EVER MADE!

    thanks to youtube guys

apple want to beat pc(windows pc) you should provide portability

  • @r00if portability… Apple offers the lightest laptop in the world.

  • @Nutz320 ..no! dell adamo xps is the lightest laptop in the world.... your so out of date!

  • @van11695 fuckingbestever[.]com[/]fucking-worst-laptop-ever-dell-adamo-xps-this-is-really-bad[/]

Besides, THAT is not a laptop

Alright, alright, I'll admit it, my bad, the Adamo XPS is thinner, never knew that…

  • why apple people complaining about windows .there other software like Visual studio 2010,SQl 2010 why apple people talk abou these software.

    DLL ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::presenting Person

    DLL - Dynamic Link Library

DLL refers to a type of file that is stored either locally or remotely. It is a collection of commands and/or data which can be shared by different programs on the same platform. is euivlent in mc=>??????????????????????????????????

  • viva windows 7 cabrones

  • the real reason why apple are making fun of dlls and registries is to prevent anyone trying to take over their OSX. those things are the key things that allow people to have freedom on the system. well, mac is a system for people who aren't good with computers. lol

  • Honestly with my experience with computers I would definitely say that Snow Leopard has to be "The Best" stable operating system I have used. I've used Windows 2000, Win XP, Win Vista, Win 7 each having their positives and negatives. But for the most part Snow Leopard has not given me a problem since buying it almost a year ago. A mac computer maybe is pricey, but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for. This isn't a bust on windows, just an opinion.

  • rent a crowd again/ LOL

  • What about deleting cache??? Emptying preferences? And repairing disk permissions???? in OS X??? forgot, vieux monsieur?

  • Apple are the only company in the world with tech demos like this. Everyone laughs or claps on cue, they never demonstrate their technology to people first hand and always, always feel the need to slag off every other company whom they compete with, even though these companies hardly say a word back (even though they easily could). An example is when microsoft allowed thier superior word processing tech, office to be ported onto macs and in an advertising campaign apple used it against them!!

  • @21whitworth12 Office was on Macs before Windows, I'm pretty sure.

  • @Nutz320 Nooooooooooooo, its called MICROSOFT office for a reason you know, seriously dont bother replying unless you actually know what you are talking about

  • @21whitworth12 Just because it was made by Microsoft, doesn't mean it wasn't on Macs first.

    en[.]wikipedia[.]org[/]wiki[/]Microsoft_Office

    Microsoft Office Initial Release 1990

Microsoft Office for Mac Initial Release 1989

"seriously dont bother replying unless you actually know what you are talking about"

  • @21whitworth12 "superior word processing tech" ROFFLMAO

  • @Nutz320 Well it is....everyone, even macbots would agree

  • @21whitworth12 Not really… why don't you ask the "Macbots" rather than speaking FOR them? Pages and Keynote from iWork is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than Office. I don't know about Numbers and Excel. I do prefer Excel, but only because I grew up with Excel and don't use spreadsheet enough to justify learning a whole new app. From what I used though, Numbers on iPad is slick, easy, etc.

  • @Nutz320 Trololololololololol the fact that you think thisvmakes you dumb as heckololololololololololo

  • @21whitworth12 Like I said, ask the "Macbots". Why aren't you? Are you scared of the answer? Awww, it's okay, it's not too late to sell your PC on eBay and get a Mac. Oh, wait, I forgot, you'll get a SHIT price for it. You have been blocked, troll.

  • @Nutz320 Lolololol

  • @Nutz320

    Riiiight.

You're just a typical Mac owning Douche Bag aren't you?

Go back to your cult mind slave!

  • "Deeesk defragmentation. *hahahaha* No end user should ever have to know about zat"

And the audience laughs and laughs. Does this person, as a technician, seriously not know how OSX fragments your harddrive in about the same manner Windows does? Ask *any* OSX user to run a Mac Defrag tool, then ask how they think it worked (well except those with a brand new machine, ofcourse). I guarantee you they will notice an increase in speed and responsiveness. Pwnt, Apple. Pwnt.

  • @musje83 Granted, it's not perfect, but OS X automatically defragments on-the-fly, in the background. (and still has better battery life than ANY PC laptop I've seen.) Like, I said, it's not perfect, I think it misses files above or below a certain size, but Windows doesn't have anything. Files just fragment and have to be defragmented manually.

  • We're proud of Le-pard. Best Accent EVAR.

  • I never tryed Mac but when i bought my windows 7 i thought it was awesome but the User Acount Control is just bull shit in my opinion. I install'd a program so i needed to change UAC = User Account Control. And after that i coudnt log on to my computer anymore...

  • That old man should be beaten with a stick.Fucking Apple cocksuckers.

  • Were is Steve??

  • @jdogtalks sick

  • @jdogtalks dead, hopefully

  • @21whitworth12 You are a pathetic lowlife. Without Steve, a lot of your devices wouldn't even exist.

  • there are down sides on both mac and pc but if you want all of the positives for mac and pc get both which i plan to do next year so mac is cheaper

  • ahahah funny dude...

  • This is so true, next will be mac. Definently.

  • Hey, my IE9 Beat scored 97/100 on Acid3. How about that??

  • @nicknet18 Still not 100!

  • @Nutz320 Then try visiting FishIETank from IE9 Test drivw. Take a safari ride. :)

  • @nicknet18 Looked for it… what a surprise, it's by Microsoft. Did you know that Microsoft once payed a company to do a study that made Macs look bad. Then the truth was uncovered. All other research companies at the time were favouring Apple, that's why Microsoft did it. It's somewhere on macvspc.info. Oh and did you notice that was on a PC in the video. Maybe it was Safari, maybe it was the PC. I don't know. What I do know is that Microsoft can't be trusted.

  • @nicknet18 Of course, Apple isn't a perfect company, but they are the best of the pack. I wouldn't hesitate to say Apple is the best company in the world.

  • @nicknet18 Safari scores 100 and has FROM THE BEGINNING.

  • @Nutz320 safari is sitting in crapville,,along side IE, chrome is still the king of browsers

  • @steven4570 Safari looks pretty crap on Windows, I have to agree, though I don't want to. Have you tried it on a Mac, because it is brilliant on a Mac. No, Chrome is not the king of browsers. Firefox is good, but bloated, Chrome is great, Safari is great too. Opera is innovative and is copied by other browsers later on. But at the end of the day, the browser wars aren't like the (dekstop) OS wars, there is real competition here. It's all subjective.

  • @Nutz320 no i dont use macs because they cant do what i want them to

  • @steven4570 OK, then! That's great. Never use something that can't do what you want. What I AM saying is that Macs can do what most people want, faster than Windows, beautifully, better than Windows, easier than Windows, etc. Anyway, I really don't know what you do that would require Windows, except gaming, but if you believe the Mac is incapable of doing it, then whatever, keep using Windows.
