It took 30 years for big corporations to get back into the position of taking over the government. Now, with the help of the Tea Party, they are trying it again. Right down to the claims of "defending the constitution". They've even figured out how to game the system so that as the middle class loses power, they gain power. It's not that government has gotten too big, it that the middle class has gotten too small!

It bears at the heads of it's columbs lots of blind patriots, corporations, religious symbols, and national flags, and plenty of people in general who want others to do and think like they do. There are plenty of conservatives at the heads of it's columbs and plenty of people claiming to be liberals but are really anything but liberal. To my mind, people who think they have the right to force others to follow their ways are fascists no matter they claim.

How similar is this to the Credit crisis and the Wall Street Banks that caused it. NOT A ONE of them have been charged or prosecuted. The "masters of the universe" always get away with murder.
