  • suggestion places some saran wrap or a ziplock in your case on the acctual cutting board prior to flipping the rice side on the surface it helps tremensely, but other than that you did a great job!

  • @sunNary I had to do a lot of searching for it. Not everyone carries that specific one. But you can always find lower quality ones at almost any frozen food section in an asian grocery.

  • @MakeupANNimal I Live in Washington, a Drive away from Oregon lol. I have yet to have any luck finding it. =/ When I ask they all looked confused lol, so i just walk away nice and slow haha. I'm going to keep looking though lol.

  • there is a better way to julianne your cucumber it is called "katsuramuki" look it up. if you want to peel it faster that is the technique to use. you can peel the spin off the avocado with a spoon and scooping out the flesh,knife grip scared the crap out of me! Nori is the seaweed paper. how come you cut the nori in half but you use a full sheet unless you meant to do a big roll.the plastic bag is a nice trick. you should have spooned on the roe. you should have wet your knife for a clean cut

  • @Arcticazn yeah the katsuramuki i know about I just never do it bc I can't! just keeping in mind also that I'm teaching people how to this that are probably trying this for the first time. I forgot to cut in half when I was rolling it bc I was doing it on the fly and I didn't realize it until after everything was filmed and I didn't wanna film it again bc people were hungry! lol the jacked up rolls idk why but I was trying to cut with the saran wrap still on >_< i usually wet the knife
