I think Bow is technically a better healer than Rand, but he has to have both seny and shin making Katt and Jean unaccessible. So that means your party would have to be Bow, Spar, and possibly Spar or Bleu, but I don't really like her because she levels way too slow.

woooh Nina is my favorite character from BOF1 and 2 even though she is a little weak she is still my favorite character!! Second is Bleu
