I read that story about the skyscrapers too. It seems like yet another indicator that the Great Recession roller coaster still has quite a few twists, turns, and precipitous drops yet to come. The Empire State Bldg and Chrysler buildings were both built about 1930, and the Sears Tower and World Trade Center were built in early to mid 70s, right before the oil and economic crises. Good stories and good summary Dave, keep it up, without all that silliness.
