Why I love Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, is because, they are cute, playful, funny, adorable and good friend-dogs. and I also love them because I got one when I was 3 :)

wait wait wait i was ready those comments that RYLKAYE replied to.... can Cavaliers have more of a chance to get heart disease if they chew fingers or toes ect??? cos i just got a puppy hes atleast a bit older then 6 months and he loves to chew my fingers i tell him NO but he still does, hes very consistant and stubborne but smart. sorry about spelling.. anyway please tell me what they are talking about cause im getting worried!?!?

he turned 8 months old August 11th.

We just got a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from a reputable breeder (who happens to be my aunt) and she's healthy as can be, absolutely no problems whatsoever after the first visit to the vet. Guess we got lucky. And I was concerned about how she always bites toes and clothing, but that seems normal after watching a couple of youtube videos of Cavaliers doing the same exact thing.

I love Winston!! I recently lost my cavalier after 15 years........So they can live that long, she was treated better than the Queen, so I guess that helps. She was a tri-colour called Leah. Watching these video's makes me smile as she was also a smart cookie, she could roll over, give paws etc, and I especially loved the way she tilted her head as if she was going to fall over!  Thanks for posting the videos.

He will be 4 this summer and is perfect. If you get one from a dog factory, you are likley to have problems. From a reputable breeder and they can live to be 12 or more. My breeder has them that old and perahps as old as 14. I know I met a dog on the street who was 15 too. Good breeder, good diet, exercise and love and you still have to hope you got a healthy dog. Just like life, you never know. DO NOT be scared away from the most amazing dogs by rumors. Hope this helps.

There is very little Winston won't eat. If I had to pick favorites, I'd say Peanut butter and steak juice are his favorites. If you put either into his dinner, you may lose a finger if you don't drop the bowl fast enough...Never seen him eat a fly, but he does lick the wall sometimes and also likes my metal file cabinet (cool to the tongue)

I appreciate the kind words. We have a bunch of video's of him posted, this was when he was a puppy, but he will be 3 this summer. The video's of him playing ball, swimming, eating a steak bone and listening to various music whilst eating a bone are all what he looks like now. Keep watching, more to come!
