On Syrtis you can choose:Wood elf,Half Elf.Alturian

On Alsius:Dwarf,Nordo's,Utghar

On Ignis:Dark Elves,Moloks,Esquelios

No, I think there are 3 different realms. Each of these realms have different races. This is Syrtis, I believe.
