In our schools the students organize all the parties but I'm german and all I know are the 'Gymnasium' types so it might be different in your country. But here only the student council and clubs do it and the parties have to break even and of course most aren't in the school.

So if you want something like that you should do it yourself!

Actually, I don't think it matters if she touches random objects in the vicinity of the room. (That would also explain how she's able to walk on the ground and how the cat from earlier parts was able to sit on the guys desk.)
