Make your own D.I.Y Eco-Enzyme

I follow closely how to make the eco-enzyme using orange peels & apples in 5L container. After 3 months, I tried it myself to see how good is it as shown in the video. Smell not bad - a bit sour smell. pH2 instead of pH4. Cleaning as detergent - no effect on cooking oil for washing dishes. Perhaps other users can tell me if my eco enzyme is properly fermented?
