The thing is, they may have become famous at an early age. However, they worked hard for many years to get where they were. They started performing very young, by their own choice, no puppet strings. They own their own label now which tells me that they are doing it for the music. They used to perform outside of bars because they were too young to go inside. They are very dedicated to music.

Yeah, that's why I don't understand why they get knocked so much. I don't care if someone likes their music or not. But to knock them personally. And the funny thing is, that they are so respected in the music business. I heard in interviews Ringo Starr, Bono, and I personally met Billy Corgan, and they've all said nice things about the guys. They've also played with some big names, Mark Hudson, Bob Weir, Brian Wilson, Matthew Sweet, to name a few. The list is long, though.

man i LOOOOOVE THIS SONG!! the steppenwolf version was always my favourite, never heard the hanson one before. only couple things i'd say is that taylor's mike should be louder cause he's got the melody, and personally i like this song with more bass and kinda funkier. although hanson is the most passionate talented band i've ever witnessed so it doesn't even matter.
