yeah mostly because they do them in places which serve alcohol and minors cant drink alcohol so the concerts are 21+

if they were to do a concert for which alcohol is not served then it would be all ages , in Moscow though the drinking age is 14 so i wud guess the concerts are 14+

and yeah hopefully yulia will be much better by then

yay u have to get visa then you have to get an invintation from russia saying u can come and all this stuff but it will be so worth it. drinking age is 14? WOW

i believe the invitation can be issued by your host in russia, hotel or travel agency but it a long proccess im not 100% sure of so ill let my sister do all the paper work. my job is just to read signs and get us around
