@sadlobster1 During his 'Man With No Name' Leone 1960s era I'd say it would be a pretty close gunfight, These days in the 21st century with Clint's age and other factors I'd have to go with Hex being the fastest draw :)
I hoppa hoppa hoppa to god that upcoming Jonah Hex movie doesn't lay a turd.
@sadlobster1 Also since when did Jonah get the power to re-animate the dead and pump them for information? If WB had stuck to the original comics instead of trying to give Jonah super powers and a Jesus complex, we might have had an interesting film.
@Orcman22 How could John Wayne beat both Clint and Hex? I don't mean to offend any of The Duke's fans out there but he doesn't really sound like much of a tough guy to me
@sadlobster1 I saw part of it at the theatre and walked out about halfway through the film.
Brolin was memorable in True Grit, but in Jonah Hex the horse with a pair of mounted machine guns killed that movie for me kind of like in Joel Schumaker's 'Batman Forever' when they used ice skates. Not to mention Megan Fox and her razzie worthy performance.
I'm afraid that IMO when a comicbook film gets the label "it was a decent film" that's usually a codename for "it was one step above a turd".
In all honesty, who does everyone here think would win in a shootout; Hex or Eastwood?

@cha5 I saw the movie on tv and...it was a decent film. Not as good as Clint's stuff but still a good movie.
People were right, Josh Brolin definitely did a good job playing as Jonah. I especially loved him in the recent western True Grit
