Good battle,just give Porygon-Z Thunder Bolt over Discharge and Nasty Plot or Baton Pass one over and put Hyper Beam in there.

The point of Discharge is to boost Electivire's Speed, T-Bolt only hits a single opponent while Discharge hits everything. Therefore it is better in double battles only if with 'vire or a Volt Absorber by P-Z's side, which this person uses. Hyper Beam is a crappy move. This person's moveset for P-Z is pretty good.
