By the end of the episode, a confrontation with Lily Bass persuades Chuck to learn from his father's mistakes and change his significant attitude problem. As a part of this change of heart, Chuck crashes Blair's moms wedding and ends up sleeping side by side with Blair after the two share an intimate embrace. This is also the fist time we see Chuck Bass cry.
