Another mini-series would be a pretty good idea, maybe you could venture into one of the castles around your area. Would enjoy to watch one, after seeing the one on the RickVanMan channel alittle while back. :]
I'm afraid I might have a rough time trying to drive on the left side of the road. Although I did get a chance to drive a UK Mini Cooper once and it wasn't that difficult getting used to driving from the other side of the car at all. Have either of you driven in another country where you had to drive on the opposite side of the road? If so, how difficult was it?
