There are red lights and stop signs for a reason. It's one of the 2 guys fault. Stupid idiots.

@StuntKing909 You can't stop very well on ice/snow because the vehicle slides. But that still can be prevented but not all the times.

No, you can't stop very well on ice or snow but you should slow down. Not only the SUV ran a red light, he/she was also speeding.
