Bassan, if Israel wanted to massacre Palestinians on a major scale, they would have done it already. Us Israelis pray for peace no less than you. We are forced to retaliate when attacked, because if we don't the Palestinians think we are weak, which invites MORE deadly attacks. If people focus on building their lives and thinking about the fact that God cares about EVERYONE, things will hopefully become better.

When we left Gaza without an agrement, the Palestinians thought we are weak, and we got bombed in th North AND south... i would ask my government to finally make things right, pay everyone whos had to live in TENTS for the past 60 years because they lost their homes and livelyhood. repair the damage the bombs and soldiers caused to palestine, using palestinian workers.remove settlements or give those homes to some of the refugees as good will. things like this to finally say "its over".

WHY did those people left their homes 60 years ago? Because Arab countries TOLD them to do so , promising they would return once they "THROW THE JEWS INTO THE SEA..." Let those countries accept them into their economies as citizens (instead of holding them in refugee camps). why did jews pick this location to have a country? christians muslims and jews have history there, mostly christians and muslims. you might think this is crazy but think about it. there are so many uninhabited islands throughout the world, many bigger than current israel, why not move and establish a jewish country there? no one would be able to harrass you anymore and you could live on a nice tropical island!

2) The Jews were robbed from this land by the Romans. Later the Romans became Christian (Byzantium)- and then the Muslim invaders robbed it from them. The original owner-the Jews-were prevented by force from regsaining their land. Not having defensible borders kept us being murdered for 1700 years...

3) The great majority of Muslims living in Israel moved there FOLLOWING the Jews since the 1850's because the Jews brought in agricultural and later industrial development - which meant employment.

4) The Muslim Arabs have 22 countries that are MUCH larger than Israel. following your logic - why not move the Palestinians there?

What the Muslims in Israel DID do was pressuring the British (who controlled it at the time) NOT to let Jews trying to escape Europe to enter Israel - And they succeeded. Six Million Jewish humans could have been saved. And believe me - Us Jews do Not forget those who help us. Had the Arabs allowed those Jews an escape to Israel, we would have embraced them like brothers. Instead, their leaders cooperated with the Nazis to "exterminate the Jews" (see Haj-Amin-Al-Husseiny, the "Jerusalem Mufti").
