Holy crap, couple years late for this video but, I had ear problems growing up and had numerous sets of ear tubes as well. Had my ear drums ruptured so they could drain crap out with the tubes. Couldn't get water in my ears for most of my life, which is the reason behind my fear of water now. Anyways, when I was sixteen I finally outgrew the problem, and they put patches over the holes in my eardrums, but the right one didn't heal properly so they did a surgery much like yours. Not fun.

Not only did I know the likelihood the third being true was small, I also found his tell: stuttering. If one were to look back to the original video, he/she would have to listen carefully to Toby when he was telling his lie. Within ten seconds into it, he stutters slightly.
