@Discovery978 Hey, the song that's playing when you get into the car during the "Bay Of Pigs" level in COD: BO is called "Arranca" by Manzanita. I thought to myself, "I've heard that song before". It's a popular Latin song, it's played in the 'Club Scene' in the Miami Vice movie.

IW will return , doesnt matter with what name , they will be back and make MW3 that will pay off more than Black Ops or MW2. I am sure they will rise again... @DarknessGeass lololololol actually it was IW that tried to screw activision because they thought they they could have more profit if they they took the modernwarfare series with them but the modernwarfare series was part of the COD franchise that Activision owned so infanity wards wanted to take the series and got butt fucked so now they cant even create a game with the characters from MW

You obviously don't know? Activision withheld IW's bonuses from MW2 to hold the developers hostage to make MW3 = MORE money for Activision and Kotick.

You have no idea how good MW3 could be if Activision lost the case and Vince Zampella and Jason West got the rights to Modern Warfare - like they will - and Respawn Entertainment made the game. IW is only for cashing from now on.

Modern Warfare is a separate IP (=intellectual property). The case isn't even over yet, it's going to get truly bloody in June 2011.

If Respawn wins, they can make MW3 with the same characters and storyline, since it's their property after that. They just can't release it as "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3", but instead as just "Modern Warfare 3".
