@Garyindiana11 Displaying them has been suggested before but that doesn't interest me. No I don't buy restored books although I did show a restored Human Torch #1 in a later vid which I've since sold.
Dang man kick ass comics where can I buy a box like that that keeps spawning brand new cgc comic books like that.Or do you have the lazuras pit underneath of the box.TELL ME.
Do you look for these unslabbed and then send them to CGC or do you buy them already slabbed? Do you find these mostly at conventions or do you travel around and search the back issue bins at various comic book shops. Or do you visit estate sales? I can't imagine how much you spent for these because I can't imagine very many shop owners not knowing how much they're worth.
@cahubble05 I buy both slabbed and unslabbed but I prefer buying slabbed because it takes a lot of the fear out of everything. I currently have one book in my collection from the local comic shop ( Detective #102 ) and one book from a convention ( Adventure #260 ). Everything else is from online auctions or dealers.
I don't have a big collection just a small but potent one. As far as recommendations for a beginner, well, it all comes down to your budget. Try to stay with the higher grades. I happen to have a strong taste for the old stuff.
Thanks for sharing. I have alot of comics and wasw ondering what a cgc collection looked like. How hard is it to send such valueables over the mail. Can you comment on that. I am very scared to send em in.
Those books should be displayed! In a nice room! Do you buy any restored books? Incredible! I salute you.

How much do you spend per comic? I'm starting to want to get into older stuff.

AquaBoy1996 2 years ago
Yes but it'll take some time before I put up a new video. I'm very picky about what I'll show.

:D :D :D
That is funny watching you, showing your books.
You´ve got some really good stuff. Are you a member of the cgc boards yet?
BenGuard1 2 years ago
Yes. I don't spend a whole lotta time there however. I'm regarded as a freak by the CGC community but I could care less.

You should resubmit the Young Allies with the old 8.0 label.

can you open the comics in the cgc case
marveljk 4 years ago
No. If the case is cracked open then the grade becomes void.
