I admire you for doing a fast during this holiday season. I want to be like you when I grow up. Have you ever heard of doing a liquid fast with organic maple syrup, lemon juice, and distilled water. My doctor just informed me that we should detox three days a month with this kind of liquid fast. I am thinking about trying it after Christmas--the last three days of the year.
