there are no jobs out there business owners only hire their friends and family, if anyone. bigger companies usually only want minorities, or with women they have to be ready to get on their knees and blow their employer at a moment's notice. if you aren't either of these you aren't hired.

Getting a job is a struggle

What I do is get apps, fill them out, turn them in. Go to interview and be nice, friendly and outgoing but not annoying. Fill in any gaps in employment history with volunteer work or school.

It takes about 3 - 5 interviews before I get hired but it always works. Go to any interview you get, even if you don't want that job because it will help you brish up on your interview skills.

have to be willing to think outside the box and wont to learn a new job.The first thing you do is look in the phone book

and you look what is the most people doing in your city example Nursing or retail store's try to find what suits you

maybe you just Grad and are 18 or maybe your 45 years old but dont give up

The problem with her contact method is most companies deliberately avoid direct contact with perspective employees via unsolicited phone calls. When I worked in a phone center, I got these callers all the time. HR would never accept these calls, so I routed them to a pre-recorded job line. If they called back, they got routed again since we were never allowed to hang up on anyone.
