  • A perfect execution that can participate in various muscles in a cyclical movement and allowing only one field of concentration and movement. Certainly these exercises when practiced with this intensity and care benefit any body.

  • Very beautifully executed with obvious deep awareness and intention. Slow, deliberate movement allows the neocortex of the brain to take over and actually brings about a heightened consciousness. The spine awakens, the mind becomes more focused...this is one of the many benefits of Yoga.

  • I dunno why but just watching this made my spine shiver. Maybe the whole thought of our bones being a part of who we are creeps me out. Am I childish?

  • good job

  • This video made me feel so good inside by the end I was completely relaxed. I also absolutely love Peter Benisch that song was "Spiralling" from the Soundtrack Saga with vocals by Krister Linder. Once again thank you for sharing.

  • this is just so wonderful. every time i watch it i feel inspired and liquid. as a new yoga teacher with a solid respect for the wonders of the spine, i love this!

    be well, and thank you!
