A perfect execution that can participate in various muscles in a cyclical movement and allowing only one field of concentration and movement. Certainly these exercises when practiced with this intensity and care benefit any body.
Very beautifully executed with obvious deep awareness and intention. Slow, deliberate movement allows the neocortex of the brain to take over and actually brings about a heightened consciousness. The spine awakens, the mind becomes more focused...this is one of the many benefits of Yoga.
I dunno why but just watching this made my spine shiver. Maybe the whole thought of our bones being a part of who we are creeps me out. Am I childish?
This video made me feel so good inside by the end I was completely relaxed. I also absolutely love Peter Benisch that song was "Spiralling" from the Soundtrack Saga with vocals by Krister Linder. Once again thank you for sharing.
this is just so wonderful. every time i watch it i feel inspired and liquid. as a new yoga teacher with a solid respect for the wonders of the spine, i love this!
