There was a study into this commissioned by Congress? Still 1/3 is far from a great result. Sounds incredible. Even if there is a basis to this, it is possible there are issues with the testing or problems resulting in derivation of masked results through the empirical process. There is no natural or scientific explanation connected to the possibility of telepathy in humans. Devise very simple tests on this hypothesis with respect to all biology on Earth. Forget the New Age stuff.

90% of any such test can be correctly guessed using inference and a bit of creativity. The test would be stronger if there was a concrete message to be discerned, or perhaps even a simple numerical calculation to be performed. Anybody can draw a picture in someone's folder just by looking and generalising at what's stored in their own folder. The video is lame and shows little of anything, if anything.

The official study commissioned by Congress in the 1995 came up with 1 out 4 descriptions would be correct from random guessing, but remote viewers in the military program got it right 1 out 3 times which about 8 percent better than chance, consistently, session after session. The researchers ruled out the null hypothesis based on this study.

I have just started taking his online class, only one week in, and when someone has a photo, with all sorts of details sitting in folder on a youtube video and then you can sit at home and draw the photo which can contain many different items, down to the minute detail than you would not be saying "sheer nonsense"
