Great job, bro!! Most people usually do the Lonestar version but I see you did the Marc Cohn version. When I play it, I usually do a hibred of the two...
For Laylin and Starbucks, I can make a suggestion: I play most of the song (verses and chorus) with Cadd9, D, G, Em (you can keep your two fingers on the 1st and 2nd string on the 3rd fret the whole time). For the "catfish on the table section, make a G chord, and alternate the finger on the 5th string, second fret to 2nd string 1st fret. For the "Reverend Green" section, play Bm7 (on "Green"), Cm (on "glad'), C (right after "see you", and D (right before "haven't got").
Great job, whats the chances of you giving a lesson on this one, I can't quite see what tabs/chords you are using, and the southern style tapping/strumming I can't quite get either.
A slower version for us dummies would be fantastic.
YAY NICK~! that sounded supper great, im still your biggest fan on this side of the country! :)<3 EmilyPS remind josh he still owes me tickets if im around!! lol or if you go on tour

@sdentrem If you're playing the song in the key of C, the bridge is B flat and C7 and the Reverand Green part is E, F, F#/D, and G...
