@lizard944 The funny thing is, if you actually read more about the incident you would have found out that the guy who died was a willing participant and was actually meeting the people who planned it. He agreed to have the bomb strapped around his neck because he thought it was fake. They told him it was fake and that he had to pretend to be a hostage. But he later on found out the bomb was real. So he was going to rob the bank anyway and pretend to be a hostage.
