Excellent job. Justa few pointers. You appear nervous at the beginning and I would be too. The opening volume is very low. There's plenty of places to make a mistake, but I dodn't hear many. I noticed although you're fretting a lot of bass notes, you're not hitting the B and E string very much. Hendrix used those strings a lot. Please take my comments constructively. I plan to use your video to help me learn this song.

This is the best cover I've heard so far.

My only criticism is not with the playing or interpretation but on the video. Next time, the video camera should just focus just on the left (chording) hand, don't bother with the picking hand since this is not important. We need close up on the fingering not the "dumb" right hand.

its called a univibe. dunlop has good replicas for around 200.

jimi used the octavio fuzz face and univibe on a marshal double stack with a flipped strat 1960-1970 thats his set up its a very hard sound to replicate heaheahea id very much like to replicate the girl sitting in A section with the yellow underwear heaheahea

Think about what you are playing - what does it mean, how does feeling like that make you play? Get into it more and play it the way it feels.
