Just yesterday I saw the entire video, is about an hour long and is great for training evethough is a little old. But is very realistic.

Who is the actor in this and "The Disruptive Guest" I think it was called? The scene were the angry guy in the airport made my class crack up big time. Very funny. Much better than most of the dreck that passes for training films. These were funny enough to be a sitcom. The waitress was pure Waffle House funny.

Sorta sad that unless your in some sort of job hire most people won't get to see these.
