  • I have been taking 5HTP twice daily for better sleep and calmness but didn't think of it's effect on weight loss... thank you :-) I don't eat sugar or white starches anyway but 5HTP helped me greatly to control stres during a bad time in my life.

  • wow i have been on every antidepressant out there. now just got one for effector? gained 25pds on the meds. feel even worse. i am not even gonna start that stuff. funny enough my 18 yr old gave me 5-htp. it is just sitting there. time to use it. Thanks so much for this vid!
