Shame with all the technology we didnt tape these shows.Imagine Seeing them singing back then? Bringing back memories and giving the kids today to be able to experiance what Grandpa did? Lucky for some of these WINS Tapes.

I'm in my 30's and I can appreciate when music artists sang and dressed with class. The Platters have truly divine voices. My father was right when he said no one sings like they do.

Sorry people...I was a teen usher in the 1950's for a civic auditorium in Columbia,SC (Township) & I saw all the great R & R groups of that era...

I cherish that forever..........

I was in the eleventh grade in high school when this song was popular; everyone was singing it. I was lucky enough to see them in person at Memorial Auditorium in Atlanta that same year; what a treat, always my favorite group-the original platters.  I will never forget them.
