im 21 years old & for nearly 6 years ive been drinking a ton, smoking weed everyday,& eating non stop ridiculous amounts,im 5’10 and weigh around 160lbs,I NEED to get rid of it! NOW!but its so hard to break my habits,I have a nice enough face but my body was not meant to be fat and weight distributes on it in a disgusting manor.I NEED to lose weight so I can fully showcase my love for fashion, I need to do this now. Im starting NOW. I can’t live in this DISGUSTING form any longer.
This video is a horrible message to send. I am a professional ballroom dancer and a promotional model and I DO NOT starve myself for either of those. If you starve yourself for a moment of being a model and being super thin, you will regret it later in life. The damage malnutrition does to your body is HORRIBLE. Eat healthy and just work out.
