Where your answer is -3 over 2. which is minus 1 and a half. I was wondering is it possible to have 3 over minus 2 as a fraction and if so is this also minus one and a half? Also does this branch of Math get much use in other fields these days? Thanks!
Your videos keep getting me thinking so hard that I space out and have to rewind to get back into what you were explaining, only to discover that you were explaining how to do the things that I was wondering how one would do.
School should be like this. One should be able to space out and rewind.
haha ... i totally agree ... i wish i had a rewind button when i was going to school. There are so many lectures that i wish i could hear again ... oh well, with time maybe i'll find them online :)
Thank YOU so very much for your reply sir ...but Sir Chycho, but i am still confused about what are negative reciprocal slopes...i found Y,but how can i find D(x,y)the fourth vertex..??
Ihave a another problem would you please reply me about this..please.Find the measure of the angle from a line with slope -2/3....
(i) Y-axis,(ii)X-axis...i have a solution in whice 4th cordinate is used for angle...Why...??? please explain it.
i'm not sure Muslimgirl234, i don't think i understood the problem correctly. I have to go back and read the problem again and think about it, but unfortunately i don't have time to do individual problems. I'm sorry.
I am going to try and get into coordinated geometry later but that might be a while. There is a lot on my plate right now.
Thank you so very much Sir Chycho...this is an excellent explanation but i want to know more about slopes...
i have a problem that: using slopes find Y and the forth vertex of a rightangle if (3,3),(5,y)and(-4.-6)are its three consecutive vertices...i m confused...would you please please please explain it..
why are you teaching math on the side of a highway on a wall?

Outside, doing math on beautiful walls. That pretty much sums it up.

Yap, you can attach the negative to either number but it's a lot easier attaching to the top number.
As for how much use it gets, huge. It's the beginning of graphing and understanding simple linear functions. It grows from here.

Haha, it's very refreshing for someone to use a wall to teach instead of a blackboard!

they tell you it's a right triangle so think about negative reciprocal slopes,

this was so helpful in preparing for my exams..
i actually understand slope and midpoint now.
thanks so much(:

Thank you for the explanation, it's very helpful. The use of a wall...Great Idea! I understand now, I really appreciate your video!
