B-sides aren't songs on the B-side of an album, but those on the B-side of a single. 'Dodge' wasn't released on a single.
Also, 'Rock 'N' Roll with the Modern Lovers' isn't a best-of.
None of that stops this song being boss. Or rather, it would be if my internet connection would stop hacking it into 5-second segments.
