Why is everyone saying dialaga is better than palkia? Palkia's special rend doesn't require a recharge like Dialaga's roar of time does.

So? it is known fact and proven right hear on youtube that Dialga is better than Palkia. the vid shows that although Palkia's Spacial Rend was faster than Roar of Time, the Roar knocked Palkia out, in one hit! This is just after the guy caught the both, 'key?
