He said there are good banks and bad banks basically. But what he didn't say is they bailed out the bad banks who in turn bought the good banks turning these banks into "grey" banks.

These "grey" banks have Billions in losses that they are hiding by claiming that they will eventually use the loss as a tax deduction. Many banks hold huge "future tax deductions" as "assets" when it comes to solvency. WTF is that about?

Geithner completely fails to answer the first question IMO.
