As I understand things (and by understand I mean what the net has revealed) the Disney cast once had permission to make these video projects for their Christmas parties. Then management changed its position. Gee, I wonder why...It was their method of blowing off steam.

I believe the reason they don't allow it anymore is because of the proliferation of the internet and social video sites like YouTube. Back when this video was made (mid 90's I think), you didn't have to worry about everyone on the planet having access to this material. FYI- Victor, the guy at the start of the vid, went on to become a stage manager.
