Yea but heres the thing, wat if theres something wrong with the computer (Hard drive wise or externally), you'd have to send it back, have no mac for atleast 2 weeks, maybe (45% chance) have the same problem over because they will send you another refubrished or the same one which might be used before. Look, i aint calling you dumb, but im just suggesting that it could actually dispoint you by getting a refubrished computer of any type. :)

the software and OS aren't really special or worth the extra bucks though. most open source software is for windows only. not too many developers are porting their software to macs. it's good that Macs have solid security and all, but that's not a big deal if you actually know what you're doing with your PC.
