We moved to northern Indiana about 5 years ago and really miss making the drive over to Versailles every year to see the lights. It was always an awesome sight!
@GasCityGuy Sadly Mr. Day passed away this year, and Mrs. Day was unable to put up the light display this year... It seems that the Light Display will be a thing of the past now.

I would like to thank everyone in the community for doing this for my step dad...He is and will always be a wonderful person. I am glad that everyone thinks enough of him and mom to have done this for them..Becky Couch
dude it is not a show off christmas @ all...he does this cuz he luvs our town...and besides...theres not a lot to look @ in our town...so that helps the publicity quite a bit
I love this! I was there last night and this short clip doesn't begin to compete with being there in person. My favorite thing is the Santa and sleigh that run on a cable, but I love the bell also. I'm surprise that there is only this one clip of it, so thank you very much for posting!
you don't get it do you dude.. this was his way of giving to the community that he loved and lived in almost all of his life.. Until you meet this amazing man keep you mouth shut....his daughter...becky couch

@9tailNaruto So sorry to hear of his passing. A friend of mine who still lives nearby told me the lights were not up this year but didn't know why.

mr. day had lung cancer now and cant do this so the whole community came together and put up the dispay in two days
