timmy marries thootie cause the daughter has her GLASSES (those are not eyes.. but glasses!) and has the hair of timmy while the son has timmy's hat and thootie's hair colour.

The skirt is also similar to Tootie's one.. but the bandana is reallt like trixie's ahahh

(I'm positive for Tootie, but maybe the authors chose this combination to leave the choice to anyone as liking :D)
