  • This is crazy and irresponsible. Tawkwondo is much safer.

  • @JoachimderZweite eh, to each his own I suposse. I do Kung Fu, we use point sparring similar to TKD but certain strikes to the face are allowed, and we don't use a chest piece. I do think I'd like to train for something more realistic like Sanda.

  • @JoachimderZweite Irresponsible? S'not true. It doesn't have to be safe...8)

  • hand strikes to the face are agianst the rules right?

  • no...just in competitive karatedo...in traditional karatedo the fights are for real men...oss

  • ye and a kick isnt lol

  • @itsmeatwad1992 Yes, incredible one year and nobody except me, put the right answer hahaha, yeah are against the rules, only kick to the face

  • the knee in the beginning...holy shit...fucking devastating...

  • i suppose the reason for all this is that none of them knows what it means to duck when appropriate!...

  • 痛そう・・・実際いたいとおもいます。

  • shut up with your kempo

  • kem = fist po or ho = law, why are you tellig me to shut up? i know why because your on a computer.

    dumb ass

  • alright, shutup you AND your computer

  • im sure that those people who got ko

    in this video

get some kind of brain damages hat is why people go down

  • Another reason why as soon as any practicioner learned to spar, everyone including the sifu always yelled to keep your hands up...

  • That is how is should be. I understand that they are fast and that they practice the centerline boxing theory but always keep your hands up or you will die.

  • Your right they should keep there hands up, but because the rules don't allow punches to the face they are trying to block to the body..and thus the head kicks. However, consider fighters like Andy Hug, Francisco Filho, Nicolas Pettas, all very accomplished in Full contact.

  • The truth is that kyokushin fighters often are vulnerable to face punches esp in tournaments like K1. that's a direct concequence of our tournament rules. Shihan Royama is one of the people working on fixing that by introducing face punching.

  • @firegem333 That's cause you never use them.

  • Owsome K.O.'s...I like kyokushin...full contact..except for the head..only feet kick are alowed..respect 4 all karateka..OSS

  • no. you are allowed to kick with feet, shin or use the knee. You are not restricted to kicking with just the foot.

But you are not allowed to hit with you hands or elbos, thy are only allowed below the neck -under the NORMAL kyokushin rules. THere are exceptions.

  • Ok seriously, I have this video on vhs but I always wanted to know the name of the music in the background. Anyone know? Thanks in advance.

  • omg..this vid i used to watch till the vhs tape almost burnt when i joined kyokushin ..tht tune..used to fire me up so much..if u do find out what its called please let me know too...osu

  • great fighters!

  • erm.. why are they all punching and leaving their head opened all the time? asking for a kick in the face?

  • This is a KO compilation. Obviously, the guys that DIDNT drop their guard avoided/blocked the KO kick and therefore was not included in the video.

  • i actually agree wit u. who gives a shit about thumbs down. gd observation. its time ppl admitt something wrong instead of letting their egos get in their way

  • superb!thanks!

  • Great ! Thanks !

  • Fantastic!
