  • What would happen if you put your hand in it?

  • Wow what at demonstration. Where to start.....

You should bind a thin document like that in a 3:1 pitch not 2:1. The machine you are using is a WireMac 21 2:1 pitch.

The wire should be inserted into the wire snatch at the front of the machine rather than inserted loosely.

You should move the back page to the front of the document before you bind the document to avoid showing the spine.

you should set the wire closer to the correct position to avoid flat spots or "D" shaped wire closing.

  • @unicornoffice Hey thanks for your comment! I will definitely take it into consideration. What machine would you recommend for binding A3 documents along the long edge?

  • If you want to use wire you could use the WireMac Duo which has a special locating pin for binding on the long side of A3 or in plastic spiral coil you could use the CoilMac M Plus. Search for unicornoffice in youtube and will find the machines in our channel.

  • Slow and Awkward. See Single Source machine video attached

  • You forgot to reverse the covers so that the join ends up inside the back cover out of view.

  • Yeah... true. Well observed

  • What machine is that?
