My dad was in this strike. I believe in what the Union did. Eddie sickens me as a mayor. He put the CUPE members out for his own personal gain. You can support him if you want your choice. But as for me next election year for Mayor I hope Eddie gets the boot

AM800 was on fire today with callers (pro Eddie/anti Eddie) demanding an explanation. Cupe has been out say 12 weeks, city hall saves about a million three in payroll weekly. What gives? in case you haven't noticed, its a labour dispute -- and there is a lot of conflict being perpetrated by BOTH SIDES. this happens to be a war of attrition and propaganda. and since when was war ever kind? besides, i'm seeing the bulk of the underhanded (and unreported!) tactics as emanating mostly from city hall via their in-house publicity managers the windsor star.
