Also, I think a skipper like Mike Dennis would have handled him better - McGrath was an aggressive character in his bowling and the English batsmen should have given him more of the same attitude back.

@cent0grassi no one is perfect.. all the names I named have mistakes. mcgrath was short tempered . they all have problems but you seems to find the most in Pakistani Bowlers.... Wasim and Waqar were alleged with no proof. they did something different on a regular basis which was called the Reverse swing. English media couldn't work out and neither they wanted to appreciate their talent so they blamed them over bowl tempering just like they did when Pakistan toured england last time......

not entirely correct, while he took wickets off his last balls in both forms in Australia (Anderson and Nixon i think), his last wicket was in the World Cup Final, and it was his second last ball. Still agree with the rest of what you say though, absolute legend and worthy of any cricketing hall of fame
