After you get far enough into the game, you can fight against him. There are a few of these challenges, and when you beat the third (or second I dunno), you can play as him.

i loved this game and the tv show but then i got a ps3. i hope they bring it out if they start doing ps2 classics

Try not to use the water tunnel shortcut ia the gyro...you lose time and wacky tokens. Don't boost on the way up after crossing the water, and don't boost while going down the tunnel drop...only boost when on the ground or over the water in this course. Always boost coming into the main excavation area towards the right. Best on record is 2:18.93 and breaking 2:20 is really tough for this course.

It was an awesome game. For once it actually featured all drivers and dozens of tracks. There's also Crash n' Dash for the DS and Wii,and they're also great games.

Well, in the cartoon he had a real good car too. What makes the difference in this game is that he won't stop to cheat (and have his traps backfire).

Oh my god! I love this game <3. I think that this was my 4th game I ever played in my life and it was the best! This was the best game ever! I still think it's the best ever made. I just really wonder why they stopped making Sega Dreamcast stuff and system consoles because they were so good! I have to admit, the Sega Dreamcast was way better than the Gamecube. FOREVER LIVE WACKYRACES!
